Atacama Pathfinder Experiment (APEX)/ArTéMiS instrument

We present the CAFFEINE survey that was carried out between 2018 and 2022 as a large program of the European Southern Observatory (ESO). . The data were taken with the ArTéMiS bolometer-array camera at the Atacama Pathfinder EXperiment (APEX) telescope in Chile.
This survey observed the densest portions of all southern molecular clouds at d ≲ 3 kpc, at wavelenghts of 350 and 450 μm, and with an angular resolution of 8 and 10 respectively.
