Balloon-borne Large-Aperture Submillimeter Telescope (BLAST)

BLAST incorporates a 2-m primary mirror with large-format bolometer arrays operating at 250, 350 and 500 microns. BLAST provides surveys from 0.8 to 200 deg2 at a resolution of 30, 42 and 60 arcseconds. The units of the HEALPix maps are MJy/sr.

Healpix maps made by D. Paradis.
